The office next door is the new project that recently completed is a real estate office and is made upon a total carpet area of 475 sq. Ft and consists of a reception area followed by a waiting area, 2 meeting cabins and completed by a pantry and a washroom. The client was very precise about the design is very sober yet elegant. The office turned out even better than expectations.A clean white openable panel wall has been constructed to hide the windows giving the reception a subtle look. – The Concept Lab

Let’s Nurture is an IT firm working nationally and Internationally. The submitted project is of an office based in Ahmedabad. The site is a corner office in a high-rise office building overlooking a busy approach road towards S.G. highway. Being a corner office, the large openings on two sides providing natural light and views, were major opportunities in the given site. Whereas the height limitations and the site area versus an ambitious list of requirements were equally challenging.

While in one half of the land stood the client’s residence, the other half was primarily bare save for a half-built 2-storey structure to one side and a central pond that the client had walled up.

In continuation to the vision of the company and its endeavor to deliver unique home solutions, we tried to follow the legacy by bringing in a feel of a HOME in the interior space of the office. The transparent glass door opens with a welcome desk with a soft seating aside. The choice of the colours and the textures enhance the homely feeling with the array of cozy discussion rooms with an intimate arrangement of furniture.

Studio Lotus

The corporate head office for the MKM group works on the idea of transparency, and a shared workspace. Peripheral cabins in glass frame a notional central ‘courtyard’ like space that opens out to the green terrace through the glass walls of the boardroom. This arrangement offers a feeling of privacy and yet retaining transparency. The cool palette of grey stained cement board, poured concrete and glass becomes a frame for the sculpted furniture in CNC cut stacked plywood and hand cast custom designed, brass suspended lamps. – Studio Lotus
